IPL Qualifier-2 : Sooryavanshi's 47 balls 96 went in vain as Shubman's 53 balls 104 runs led Gujarat to knocked out Rajasthan by 7 wickets
2nd Qualifier Match of IPLT20 2026 between Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals will be played on Friday, May 29, 2026 at PCA Stadium, New Chandhgarh at 7:00 pm.
Opting to bat first, Rajasthan with Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's sensible 47 balls quick 96 runs, Ravindra Jadeja's 35 balls 45* runs and Donovan Ferreira's last over cameo with 11 balls 38* runs set huge target of 215 runs for Gujarat to get. Kagiso Rabada and Jason Holder shared 2 wicket each for GT as well.
Following huge target of 215 runs, Gujarat with Sai Sudharsan's 32 balls 58 runs and Shubman Gill's wonderful 53 balls quick 104 runs made chase easily in 18.4 overs and won the match by 7 wickets margin. Shubman Gill declared man of the match for his match winning 53 balls 104 runs inning. Rajasthan has been knocked out and Gujarat will play Final match with Bengaluru at Ahmedbad on 31st May, 2026.
