IPL Match-17 : Priyansh, Prabhsimran & Shreyas' quick 50s powered Punjab to chase 220 runs and win over Hyderabad by 6 wickets
17th Match of IPLT20 2026 between Punjab Kings vs Sunrisers Hyderabad will be played on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at New PCA Stadium, Chandigarh at 3:00 pm.
Putting into bat first, Hyderabad opening pair smashed quick 120 runs in 8 overs. Abhishek Sharma with 8 sixes and 5 fours smashed 28 balls 74 runs. Travis Head plaed good inning of 23 balls 38 runs. Heinrich Klaasen also contributed well and made 39 runs. SRH set huge target of 220 runs for PBKS to get. Shashank Singh and Arshdeep Singh shared 2 wickets each for PBKS as well.
Following huge 220 runs, Punjab got good start. Priyansh Arya 20 balls quick 57 runs and Prabhsimran Singh 25 balls 51 runs gave PBKS higher run rates in chasing. Shreyas Iyer's 33 balls unbeaten 69 runs powered Punjab to win the match by 6 wickets with 7 balls remaining. Shivang Kumar of SRH bowled well and took 3 wickets of 3 runs. Shreyas Iyer declared man of the match.
