Putting into bat first, Chennai with Sanju Samson's wonderful 54 balls unbeaten 101 runs set huge target of 208 runs for Mumbai to get. AM Ghazanfar and Ashwani Kumar shared 2 wickets each for Mumbai.
Following huge target of 208 runs, Mumbai team with very poor batting performances all out scoring just 104 runs in 19 overs and lost the match by huge margins of 103 runs.
