IPL Qualifier-1 : Rajat Patidar with 33 balls 93* runs powered Bangaluru to win over Gujarat by huge 92 runs and got ticket to finale
1st Qualifier Match of IPLT20 2026 between Royal Challengers Bangaluru vs Gujarat Titans will be played on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at HPCA Stadium, Dharamsala at 7:00 pm.
Putting into bat first, Bengaluru with top orders superb batting set huge target of 255 runs for Gujarat to get. Venkatesh 7 balls 19 runs, Virat Kohli 25 balls 43 runs, Padikkal 19 balls 30 runs, Krunal Pandya 28 balls 43 runs and Rajat Patidar with 33 balls excellent 93 unbeaten runs were top scorers for RCB. K Rabada and JO Holder shared 2 wickets each for GT as well.
Following huge 255 runs target, Gujarat with poor batting performances all out scoring 162 runs in 19.3 overs and lost the match by huge margins of 92 runs. Rahul Tewatia with 68 runs was top scorer for Gujarat. Jacob Duffy took 3 wicket. B Kumar, Rasikh Salam and KH Pandya shared 2 wickets each for RCB. Rajat Patidar declared man of the match for his 33 balls 93* runs. RCB advanced for Finale and GT to play Qualifier-2 with winner of eliminator match.
