Putting into bat first by Gujarat, Chennai with RD Gaikwad's superb 48 balls 73 runs and Ambati Rayudu's 31 balls 46 runs managed to set good defending target of 170 runs for Gujarat to win.
Following 170 runs, Gujarat lost 3 wickets for just 16 runs. David Miller came in and played wonderful match winning inning of 51 balls 94 unbeaten runs wirh 8 fours and 6 massive sixes. Rashid Khan also contributed well with 21 balls 40 runs. Gujarat won by 3 wickets in tight finished match. David Miller declared man of the match for his 94* runs.
