IPL 2020 One-off All Stars match between North-East Zone vs South-West Zone Previews

For the first time in the history of the Indian Premier League, fans will be treated to a one-off all-star fixture which is slated to be held three days before the 13th edition start on 29th March, 2020. IPL season 13 will commence with All Stars match to be held at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on Thursday, March 26, 2020.

Two teams will take to the field in the all-star match. One team will comprise of players from four franchises in the North and East zone of India. Delhi Capitals (DC), Kings XI Punjab (KXIP), Rajasthan Royals (RR) and the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The remaining four teams from the South and West Zone of India. Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Mumbai Indians (MI), Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB), and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will contribute to the formation of the second team.

The 13th season of the Indian Premier League will begin on March 29, 2020 in Mumbai and will end on May 24, 2020 in Mumbai as well.
