3rd T20i match of five twenty20 match series between India vs New Zealand at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati on Sunday, January 25, 2026.

Putting into bat first by India, New Zealand with Glenn Phillips' 48 runs, Mark Chapman's 32 runs and Mitchell Santner's 27 runs set 154 runs target for India to get. Bumrah bowled well and took 3 wickets of 17 runs. Hardik and Bishnoi shared 2 wickets each for India.

Following small target of 154 runs, India lost Sanju on very first ball of inning. Abhishek and Ishan start inning where they left in last match. Both went after NZ bowlers rudely and smashed 49 runs in just 3 overs. Ishan Kishan got out scoring 13 balls 28 runs. Suryakumar joined with Abhishek and presented superb win just in 10 overs. Suryakumar smashed 26 balls 57* runs and Abhishek played super quick inning of 20 balls 68* runs. He smashed 2nd fastest fifty for India in t20i. Bumrah declared man of the match.
