IPL Qualifier-2 : Shreyas Iyer with 41 balls 87* runs powered PBKS to win by 5 wickets and knocked out MI from IPL 2025 finale race
Qualifier Match-2 of IPLT20 2025 between Mumbai Indians vs Punjab Kings played on Sunday, June 01, 2025 at Naendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad at 7:00 pm.
Putting into bat first by Punjab, Mumbai with Jonny Bairstow's 38, Tilak Varma's 44 runs, Suryakumar Yadav's 44 runs and Naman Dhir's 18 balls 37 runs set good target of 204 runs for PBKS to get.
Following huge target of 204 runs, Punjab with Josh Inglis' 38 runs, Nehal Wadhera's 48 runs and Shreyas Iyer's unbeaten 41 balls 87 runs made chase successfully and won the match by 5 wickets. Shreyas Iyer declared man of the match for his match winning unbeaten 87 runs. Punjab qualify for final and will play with RCB on 3rd June.
