Putting into bat first by Bangladesh, India got superb start with Abhishek and Shubman initially. Both added 77 runs just in 6.2 overs before Shubman got out scoring 19 balls 29 runs. Abhishek played super quick inning of 37 balls 75 runs with 6 fours and 5 massive sixes. Other batsmen failed to keep momentum on still India set good target of 169 runs. Hardik played good inning of 29 balls 38 runs in later overs for India. Saifuddin bowled well and took 2 wickets.

Following 169 runs target, Bangladesh most batsmen failed to bat well and 8 of them got out scoring runs in single digit. Saif Hassan only bated very well and made 51 balls 69 runs. Bangladesh team all out scoring 127 runs and lost the match by huge 41 runs margin. Kuldeep Yadav took 3 wickets of 18 runs. Bumrah and Varun shared 2 wkts each. Abhishek declared man of the match for his quick 37 balls 75 runs.
