3rd ODI match of three odi match series played between India vs New Zealand at Holkar Cricket Stadium , Indore on Sunday, January 18, 2026.
Putting into bat first by India, New Zealand with inform Daryl Mitchell's superb 131 balls 137 runs and Glenn Phillips' 88 balls wonderful 106 runs set very huge target of 338 runs for India to get. Arshdeep Singh and Harshit Rana were expensive but took 3 wickets each for India.
Following huge target of 338 runs, India team all out scoring 296 runs in 46 overs and lost the match by 41 runs. Virat Kohli played well and made 108 balls 124 runs. Nitish Kumar Reddy and Harshit Rana also contributed well with fifties as well. Zak Foulkes and Kristian Clarke shared 3 wickets each for New Zealand. NZ won by 41 runs and won 3-match series 2-1 as well. Daryl Mitchell declared man of the match and player of the series as well for his huge contribution with bat.
