Opting to bat first, Hyderabad with slow batting managed to put 142 runs on board in 20 overs. MK Pandey played well and made 51 runs. Kolkata in reply made chase in 18 overs having lost just 3 wicket and won the match comprehensively by 7 wickets. Shubhman Gill played match winning inning of 70 unbeaten runs and he declared man of the match.
