3rd ODI : Bathell's 91 runs & Duckett's 141 runs followed by Sam Curren's 4 for led England to upset India by 27 runs and won series 2-1

3rd Oneday match of three odi match series will be played between England vs India at Lord's Cricket Ground, London on Sunday, July 19, 2026.

Opting to bat first, England with top orders excellent batting, set huge target of 388 runs for India to get. Ben Duckett 141 runs, Jacob Bethell 91 runs, Joe Root 74* runs and Jos Buttler 13 balls firing 41* runs were top scorers for England. Gurnoor Brar was very expensive nd concedec 97 runs iin his 10 overs.

Following very huge target of 388 runs, India fought hard but managed to score 360/7 runs in 50 overs and lost the match by 27 runs. Rohit Sharma 138 runs, Virat Kohli 74 runs and Shubman Gill 77 runs were top scorers for India. Sam Curran bowled well and took 4 wickets. Jacob Bethell declared man of the match for his 91 runs and 1 wicket. England won 3-match series 2-1 as well.
