Putting into bat first by India, Australia with Steven Smith's 41 balls 52 runs and Josh Inglis's super quick 50 balls 110 runs with 11 fours and 8 massive sixes managed to set huge target of 209 runs for India to get. Prasidh Krishna and Ravi Bishnoi gone for fifty plus runs in their 4 overs but took 1 wickets each for India as well.

Following huge target of 209 runs, India lost Ruturaj Gaikwad unfortunately run out for a duck. Yashasvi Jaiswal's 8 balls 21 runs, Ishan Kishan's 39 balls 58 runs and Suryakumar Yadav's 42 balls 80 runs put India on front foot. India made comprehensive win on last ball drama match by 2 wickets. Rinku Singh's unbeaten 22 runs of 14 balls helps India to a wonderful win. Suryakumar declared man of the match for his 80 runs.
