2nd ODI : Reece Topley's career best 6 for 24 runs powered Englend to knees down India by huge margins of 100 runs

2nd one-day match of three ODI match series played between India and England at The Oval Cricket Ground, London on Tuesday, July 12, 2022.

Putting into bat first by India, England managed to set 247 runs target for India to get. Moeen Ali 47, David Willey 41 and Jonny Bairstow 38 runs were top scorers for England. Yuzvendra Chahal bowled well and took four wickets spending 47 runs in his 10 overs. Jasprit Bumrah and HH Pandya also picked up two wickets each for India as well.

Following 247 runs, India with very poor batting performances managed to score 146 runs and lost the match by huge margins of 100 runs. Hardik Pandya and RA Jadeja with 29 runs each were top scorers for India. Reece Topley bowled well and took six wickets of just 24 runs. 3-match series level 1-1 as well.
