1st ODI : YS Chahal & W Sunder's superb bowling followed by Rohit's quick 60 runs led India to crushed West Indies by 6 wkts

1st one-day match of three ODI match series played between India and West Indies at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.

Putting into bat first by India, West Indies with poor batting performances managed to score 176 runs in 43.5 overs. Jason Holder played well and made 57 runs for West Indies. YS Chahal with 4 for and W Sunder with 3 wickets were top bowlers for India. Following 177 runs, India got good start with RG Sarma and Ishan Kishan initlally. Both added 84 runs before Rohit got out scoring well 60 runs of just 51 balls. Kolhi and RR Pant could not stood in middle for long but, A Yadav 34* runs and Deepak Hooda 26* runs played sensible cricket and presented India win by 6 wickets. YS Chahal declared man of the match. India led the 3 match series 1-0 as well.
