2nd ODI : Dhawan-Kohli & Rahul's fifties followed by excellent bowling led India to win by 36 runs and level series 1-1

2nd one-day match of 3 ODI match series played between India and Australia at Saurashtra Cricket Stadium, Rajkot. Putting into bat first by Australia, India with wonderful batting performances set huge target of 341 runs for Australia to get. RG Sharma (42), S Dhawan (96), V Kohli (78), and KL Rahul with 52 balls 82 runs were top scorers for India.

Following huge target of 341 runs, Australia with SPD Smith's very well 98, and M Labuschagne's 46 runs fought very hard but managed to score 304 runs and lost the match by 36 runs. Mhd Shami took 3 wickets. Saini, Jadeja and Kulddep picked up 3 wickets each with excellent bowling performances. KL Rahul declared man of the match.
