44th match of 2026 ICC t20 Worldcup super eights stage between West Indies vs Zimbabwe at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on Monday, February 23, 2026.
Putting into bat first by Zimbabwe, West Indies with super quick batting performances smashed 254/6 runs in 20 overs. Shimron Hetmyer 34 balls 85, Rovman Powell 35 balls 59 and Sherfane Rutherford's 13 balls 31* runs were highlights of West Indies inning. Ngarava and Muzarabani shared 2 wickes each for Zimbabwe.
Following huge 255 runs, Zimbabwe team all out scoring 147 runs in 17.4 overs and lost the match by huge margins of 107 runs. Lower order batsman Brad Evans played good inning of 43 runs of 21 balls. Gudakesh Motie bowled wel and took 4 wickets of 28 runs. Akeal Hosein also took 3 wickets. Shimron Hetmyer declared man of the match for his firing 34 balls 85 runs.
