The most awaiting tournament, ICC T20 World Cup 2026 Schedule Announced
The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the groups and schedule of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026. ICC men’s T20 event will see a record 20 teams divided into four groups competing across 55 games.
Total 55 matches, will be played in the 29-days tournament including 40 Group stage matches, 12 Super Eight matches, 2 Semi-Finals and 1 Grand Finale match.
2026 ICC T20 World Cup will be played at eight venues of Sri Lanka and India. Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi and Chenai will be five venues of India. RPS (Colombo), SSL (Colombo) and Pallekely (Kendy) will be three Sri Lankan match venues.
Total 20 teams including co-hosts the India and Sri Lanka, together with the other qualifiers: Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, England, West Indies, Ireland, Namibia, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, UAE, Zimbabwe, South Africa, USA and Italy have been divided into four groups of five, with the top two teams progressing to the Super Eights.

2026 ICC T20 Worldcup commence with Pakistan and Netherlands match on Sat, 07 Feb 2026 11:00 am at Sinhalese Sports Club, Colombo. India start compain on same day against United States of America at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai at 7:00 pm. India play with Pakistan on Sun, 15 Feb 2026 7:00 pm at R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo.
Semi Finals will be played on Wed, 04 Mar 2026 and Thu, 05 Mar 2026 respectively. Final encounter of ICC T20 World Cup will be held on Sun, 08 Mar 2026.
