Last and Final match of 2015 ICC Worldcup has been played between two hosts country New Zealand and Australia today at Melbourne Cricket Ground. New Zealand managed to put small totals of 183 runs for Australia and Australia with good batting performances won the match on 33.1 overs having lost 3 wickets. James Faulkner declared man of the match for his 3 wickets. Australia winner of 2015 ICC WOrldcup.
Earlier New zealand won the toss and decided to bat first. New Zealand top order failed today and lost orders just in 39 runs. Ross Taylor 40 runs and GD Elliott 83 runs played some good cricket for New Zealand and managed to put small totals of 183 runs in 45 overs.
Following small target of 184 runs, Australia lost AJ Finch early in very 2nd over. SPD Smith joined with DA Warner and played sensible cricket for Australia. DA Warner made useful 45 runs before he leave the field. MJ Clarke joined with SPD Smith and took the charge in hand and put Australia in winning pisition. Clarke contributed 74 runs and SP Smith made very well 56* runs. Australia made comprehensive win over New Zealand in 33.1 overs by 7 wickets. Now Australia is 5 times winner of ICC Trophy.
